Payment and Returns Payment We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and Solo through our secure online payment facility on our online shop. Your credit card receipt will sent with your order. Alternatively, you can speak to us in person and place your order by phone on 01737 845501 (9.00am to 5.30pm). When do you charge my credit/debit card? Your goods will be dispatched within a few days of receipt of your order and due to this your card will be charged at the time of placing your order. If you are placing an order for stock not immediately available your card will still be charged at the time of placing the order, enabling us to despatch your goods as soon as they come in stock. You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. We cannot always refund postage & packaging costs – if the return is required as a result or our mistake, we will happily refund both the outbound and return postage charges.
