We offer delivery to any mainland UK address under the following tariff
Highlands & Islands of mainland UK: Depending upon the products you order, there may be a surcharge for delivery. Should this apply, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the details.
- Items upto 10kg are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post
- Items over 10kg please call to confirm postage amount
- FREE local delivery is offered on furniture items over £150 and reasonable rates for deliveries further afield.
Outside mainland UK : We are happy to ship items outside of mainland UK – please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
To bring you these fair and reasonable P&P costs, we try to re-use the packaging that we accumulate wherever possible so on occasion you may find that your order is shipped in re-used envelopes/boxes etc.
If you wish, we are able to post your item to an address other than your home address e.g. your work address or a friends address, or if you are purchasing a gift we can send it directly to the gift recipient with a special message enclosed and gift wrapped using fair-trade tissue paper . Just type “GIFT” followed by your personal message to be included with your parcel into the comments box during the checkout process. We’ll do the rest.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Delivery lead times
It’s our aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, but always within 7-10 working days, unless you have opted for Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
We aim to sell all items from stock and in the event that an item is not available, we will contact you upon receipt of your order with details of an estimated delivery date.
Will I need to sign on delivery?
Confirmation of receipt of delivery
A signature will be required on delivery. If you know you will not be available to receive your order, please feel free to nominate a different delivery address or details of a neighbour who will be happy to accept the delivery on your behalf. Please note that once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to changes the delivery details.
Furniture deliveries will also require a signature on delivery. Please remember it is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture will physically fit in your home – we ask you to check the dimensions of access ways when ordering larger items of furniture as you will be liable for the cost of the return delivery to Vandevi..
All packages will be delivered by Royal Mail standard post unless special delivery requests are made at the time of booking.
